About
Over A Decade of Innovation
My mission is to create. From medal-winning athletic performances to large-scale policy initiatives, I am driven to help form a reality that reflects its people: positive, inclusive, and always forward-thinking.
After winning the first Olympic medals for Canada in Turin (2006) and Vancouver (2010) and achieving the Guinness World Record for World Championship freestyle skiing gold medals, I turned my athlete’s focus to becoming a founder of B2ten, policy developer of Safe Sport to address abuse and harassment, and above all else a system builder by always challenging the status-quo.
I am a Canadian, Quebec and Alberta Sports Hall of Famer and Governor General M.S.C. recipient holder as well as a McGill and Stanford alumni.
In my spare time, I delivers keynote presentations and am a CBC sports commentator for World Cup and Olympic freestyle skiing competitions. I'm also raising two boys to be the next generation of forward-thinking leaders with my partner, and still take to the slopes whenever I can.
